Our Silver Package offers the basic roof system with our premium standards. It starts with a removal, clean up and haul away of all your existing roofing components, including your drip edge and all flashings. We then inspect all planking or sheathing for damages and provide you with one free sheet worth of repairs for any damages. We then install all Owens Corning products for a total system protection which includes, Ice & water barriers on all eaves, rakes and valleys, synthetic underlayment's throughout, starter shingles, OC Duration architectural shingles, low profile ridge vents, and ProEdge cap shingles. All of which will then be registered for the Owens Corning Limited Lifetime Warranty by us a preferred contractor from Owens Corning.

The gold will provide all the details of our silver package plus the installation of new downspouts and seamless gutters from our partnered crews to complete a new and highly functional, long-lasting system.

One again all the benefits of silver and gold with the installation or change out of new soffits and fascias. Most of which is custom made by us from 19ga. Aluminums in many color options, styles and textures. This will also ensure your roof is venting properly for maximizing lifespan of the system.
Don't have soffits or fascias now? That's ok. With this package we offer the repair or replacements of framing in preparation of aluminums or vinyl's.
